Client Experiences

  • next
  • Working with Pam was amazing! She has great local knowledge, including knowing the neighbors of the sellers, and being on good terms with the Seller’s agent. Pam has great background information on comps, recent sales in the neighborhood, and current trends, and was instrumental in helping me price my offer according to my budget. Also she was able to facilitate the required inspections so that we closed on time. She knows everyone, and people are happy to work with her to facilitate the buying process.
    — Buyer
  • I'd known Pam for many years before I asked her to help me sell my home. Pam is ALOHA personified! She knows Hawaii. She knows her Island. She loves to make a deal. She is not afraid to get into the details of a negotiation. She will put on her hiking boots and walk the border lines of your property. Pam will be your agent, and then a friend for life.
    — Seller
  • Pam is an outstanding agent. She will work hard for you. She’s knowledgeable about the buying process on the island and will always have your back. She’s a great negotiator and will be honest with you as a buyer or seller. She’s the one to have on your side!
    — Jennifer R.
