About Danielle Bates

Danielle Bates moved to Hawai‘i Island from Arizona in 2002 and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle, community, and natural beauty of the Kohala Coast—where she has made her permanent home..

Her career began in association management, partnering with boards of individual condominium associations. That experience gave Danielle a strong foundation in the legal requirements, operational realities, and day-to-day challenges that come with managing properties in complex condo environments—knowledge that continues to benefit her clients today.

For the past 15 years, Danielle has focused on vacation rental management, building a business that is intentionally boutique by design. She provides hands-on property care for investment properties and takes pride in being personally involved—protecting the owner’s asset while creating a high-quality experience for guests. Danielle believes that trust, responsiveness, and genuine relationships with both owners and guests are what drive long-term results.

Beyond business, Danielle is deeply family-oriented. She is the mother of four adult children, the proud grandmother of four, and has recently adopted her niece and nephew. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her planning her next trip, enjoying meaningful friendships, and spending time with the people she loves most.
